HOW TO USE For the perfect shake, add two scoops of Formula 1 and 3-4 cubes of ice, fill with 200-300ml plant based milk and blend away!! Feel free to experiment by combining your Tri Blend into your Formula 1 Shake. (Each F1 canister provides 21 nutritious servings).
Follow the plan with your instant herbal beverage and Aloe Concentrate for a perfect replacement to your typical tea & coffee! Have your Herbal Aloe Concentrate with your water to help you achieve 2 litres per day, it replaces squash so you can have a flavoured water the healthy way. We also add this to our Instant Herbal Beverage too! Enjoy Tri Blend Select at any time during the day. Gently shake the pouch prior to each use as content may settle. Mix 3 scoops (40 g) of powder with 250ml to 300ml of water or your favourite alternative milk or fruit juice. Adjust the liquid amount for the consistency you require. Thermo Complete - Take once or twice a day in-between meals (mid-morning and mid-afternoon). |
